How do I deal with people who think I am too young to get married?

Yes Melissa, next time maybe leave your chauffeur at home.  Then again, I drove around in my old car (a shiity Ford Escort) and I didn't see anyone lowering the price on anything! OP, I think it was the bolded "don't tell me I'm too young!" that makes people, well at least me, think that this IS really what you're posting about.  I just think if you have to justify it over and over, then maybe that's the real issue, that's all.  Like Sara said, weddings bring out the best and worst in people, especially family and vendors.  If you really are confident, then you just gotta deal with it!

Mmmm. Yeah, i get it. I guess my intention was to show that the board was not about that but it ended up being about that because I drew attention to it. *sigh* oh well. That's what I get for posting on an empty stomach. Seriously...stress has made my appetite like non-existent. I just wish I didn't have to suck it up, you know? Maybe I should have just posted this as a Monday Rant. There really isn't much advice people can give me accept to deal with it... I guess I was just wishing there was some magical phrase I could tell my friends and relatives to get them to accept my choice. Or maybe a funny story about the situation to make me feel better. Oh well...just call me little (emphasis on the little) miss cranky pants
