Monday Accountability / Support

Good morning ladies,

How did everyone do last week with weight loss goals? Please share your victories and set backs. Ask any questions or share positive motivation that has worked for you.

    I'm so proud of myself for keeping up with Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I have been so consistent!!!!! I am on day 10 starting level 2. SHE is NO JOKE! I cant remember a workout dvd that leaves me DRENCHED like someone poured a bucket of water on me. I weighed myself on day 7 (as i weigh myself once a week), and i didnt see a change in the numbers. A little discouraging, but i FEEL a difference in my body and my clothes. So i'm gonna keep going.

    Okay I am joining the club.  I need some support and more importantly accountability.  I have been up and down up and down.  Time to get it in gear and do what needs to be done.  Look for me next Monday to share my small but great victory!  Thanks having this group.  I so need it.

    hey ladies!

    I have not stepped on a scale since last week and i refuse to do so until this Saturday.  I was away at school so my normal gym routine went down the drain. I was able to get on the elliptical twice and semi strength train twice. i really was sad that I missed kick boxing but I plan on going back since I am back home.

    For the most part I stayed on track with food, but I snacked a little more than I ever do because I was stressed out about school, so it is back on my grind....no slipping up.

    Hopefully when I get on that scale it better not say something crazy......SMH

    Well this weekend I did have a junk food sorta day at a party. But it was not too bad. I had 1 hotdog and nachos (two helpings of nachos) and then I had a small slice of cake ( just to taste it, we went to a different bakery) and then a cupcake. Oh I also had some of that "church punch" you know the kind that has water, 7-up and some pineapple juice. It was so good! I realized I had really been drinking so much water for the past two weeks I had not had any sweet stuff to drink.

    Otherwise I did well this week. I go weigh in this evening at weight watchers so that will really be the test. But my favorite jean shorts felt really loose this weekend which is great!

    Sounds like everyone is doing good! That's great!!

    I have increased my water intake and I can tell the difference in how i feel and my skin. YAY!! I'm starting Zumba class tomorrow night and I will go every Tuesday and Thursday. Plus I'm going to start doing crunches at home every night before bed. My stomach is my only problem area.

    :( i haven't done much either...i bought some new multivitamins...does that count? lol..hopefully this will be a better week for me :)

    I am hanging in aroun 150 lbs.  I'm trying to go down 5 more.

    I'm on my second day of p90x. I'm doing the lean version. I definitely need to increase my water intake and work out consistently. This is the heaviest I've ever been and this weight needs to go.

    So I went to weigh in and I only loss .4lbs (POINT 4) but I am glad I did not gain. I guess that would have been more devastating. But I know I still feel lighter this week and I have not had the crazy full feeling in about 2 weeks now!  I too have increased my water and now I have begun drinking iced tea ( i feel like my mom)

    We have the P90x or whatever but FI needs to just get it from his friend. Hopefully I will get it this week and start it!!
