Lingo help

So, one abbreviation I keep seeing and not understanding:S/O -- as in [url=http://talk.theknot.com/boards/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=62680477&forumid=9]this thread[/url]I checked the Knottie Library and couldn't find anything on it. Any help?

The only logical answer I can come up with is Significant Other, but I don't think that is the correct answer for that context.
