I AM SO PISSED OFF(KINDA LONG)

I ORDERED 9 -14' VASES FROM A KNOTTIE ON THE WEDDING CLASSIFIEDS BOARD....OK IT ALREADY TOOK ME FOREVER TO GET THEM AND i PAID 35.00 PLUS 10.00 S/H AND WHEN I PICKED THEM UP FROM THE POST OFFICE TODAY AND GOT THEM HOME 5 OF THE VASES WERE SHATTERED....I INSTANTLY SAW RED AND TOOK PHOTOS OF THE BROKEN GLASS AND EMAILED HER BECAUSE THE BOX DOESNT EVEN HAVE FRAGILE ON IT AND SHE HALF A$$ WRAPPED THE DAMN THINGS.....

NOW YOU ARE NOT GONNA TAKE MY $$$$ AND NOT SEND ME WHAT I PAID FOR....LADIES WHAT DO YOU THINK???

OK VENT OVER BUT STILL UPSET THAT NOW I HAVE TO LOOK FOR MORE 14" VASES...

That is just wrong.  She could have packed it better than that or just told you she was selling locally.  Hopefully you can have this resolved and she can refund you partially.

Oh yeah you need some of that money back ASAP. Just approach the situation calmly and if she is a far minded person she will handle her business and if not lets put the address in the GPS and ride out!
