Get an accountabilty partner for your budget - preferably your FI.

Don't keep looking at wedding magazines, sites, stores constantly b/c you will get tempted and keep spending!

I agree with a Priority Partner- my sister is the devil right about now but is saving me mad dollars so it's cool.

Make a list (or 3) - of needs, wants, and unnecessary. Make sure you get all your needs first, if budget allows then you can get your wants. DO NOT try to keep up with the Joneses!

Once you establish a set number of guests, don't add any additional people. (Repeating this to myself as FI and I finalize our guest list!!!)
