Gift for bridal party

Ladies,

I have a few question.

1) Are you giving your girls gifts during or after the shower? If so what are you giving them. Mine will be a surprise so i have no clue what to do


2) Or are giving me them gifts during the rehearsal only? I am so lost with this gift thing

I am also doing rehearsal dinner as well. I am not sure as to what I want to give them all but my first inclination is to do the following:

1. fast flats but I like this version better. I think I want to have their names engraved or an initial at the very least. They can use them for the reception when their feet start barking. Also I will be providing them with their jewelry for the wedding.

My BM gift will be their jewelry that goes with the dresses. Necklace and earrings.  I'm trying to keep their costs as low as possible.

I will give it to them at the rehearsal dinner.

I'm not sure what FI is getting the groomsman.
