Fell in love with a dress BUT.....

So i found the dress...it was B E A U T I F U L on me but here is the deal.  It is a sample dress that is now discountinued so what I tried on is what I bring home.  It is in perfect condition and it is 50 PERCENT OFF....so even better.  But the store told me if I wait 3 weeks to their WOW sale i can get an additional $100 off the dress BUT (yes there is a big BUT) if i wait its possible the gown can be sold. WHAT AM I TO DO? I can most def use that additional $100 dollars off but why must I wait.  I really feel the store should honor the $100 offer since they mentioned it to me.  I feel cheated if i buy the gown now for an xtra hundred. I sent them a long email today telling them this is my dream dress and I REALLY REALLY could use that additional saving to apply towards my alterations and veil. AND THEY DIDNT REPLY. THe ladies there were so nice to me so i thought i could convince them to give it me at the xtra $100 off.  Ladies...should i just consider this a loss and purchase the dress and or should i wait it out and hopes the dress will be there in 3 weeks? $100 isnt a lot of money but when planning a WEDDING a penny saved is a penny saved. OH HOW I AM STRESSED OVER THIS DECISION!

    Just buy the dress because they have no obligation to keep a dress for you and if u really love the dress the $100 is not "such a big deal" in the grand scheme of things however of the $100 is important to you then maybe you can gamble and hope it will still be there

    Definitely buy the dress.   The risk of losing your dream gown and then having to pay the same price or more for something else that may or may not live up to the gown you can get now is worth foregoing the $100 date cousin.

    It can make you weak and strong simultaneously.

    Give them time to respond? Or better yet call them... they may not monitor emails. Don't make a decision just yet. Ask them to call you as a courtesy should someone else express interest.

    They are closed tomorrow but you Ladies are right. I NEED TO BUY THAT DRESS. I will keep you all updated....(i am all smiles right now) FI thinks I should buy it too for all of your same reason. I can always says money in other areas amongst all this wedding planning.

    Buy the dress, see if they can meet you half way and give you $50 off.

    If it were me, I'd buy the dress and be done with it.  I don't think $100 is worth it to pass on it if you have fallen in love with it already. $100 wouldn't be worth my piece of mind if I went back later on to find the dress had been sold already.Undecided

    Not only do I think you should buy the dress.  I think you should post pictures of it so we can see too. LOL  Girl go get that dream dress you will be happy you did!!!!
