Signature cocktails

So our wedding is a brunch. We are having:

Mimosas
Poinsettas
Bloody Marys

I'd like a signature drink but i feel it needs to be something a little more manly but either pink or gold for our wedding colors. Did you ladies have a signature drink?
What was in it?

My wedding is in the evening, so for cocktail hour we are doing Martini's and Sangria ! I think what you have sounds good...maybe do Pink Panties for a pink color drink !

Bellini's are awesome and they can be made to have a Gold(ish) color to them but they aren't very manly (sorry no help there lol)

I am doing blue hawaiians and blue cosmo. What about a pink cotton candy cosmo. I had one at a bridal lunch and they were delicious........

We are looking for something orange... our venue coordinator suggested Madras today as our signature drink (Vodka, cranberry and a splash of oj).

champagne and cranberry juice (triple sec optional)

J, don't know if either of you like these but amaretto sours (amaretto + sour mix) are gold.
