Late Evening Wedding Time Frame

I am having a 6:00 PM ceremony.  I am also having a live band and to play while guest eat.  Following the that I want it to be a night full of dancing. with a DJ  Anybody having a late evening wedding and have the  agenda planned out as to what time they will do certain things.  I would like for it to end at midnight but seems like I will have to choose between the band and DJ.

Our ceremony starts at 6 pm, but we are having our reception end around 11:15 or 11:30.

    6 pm-ceremony
    6:30-cocktails and pictures
    7:15-intros and first dance
    7:20- dinner served
    8:15-toasts
    8:25-cake cutting
    8:30-parents dances
8:40- honeymoon dance (if we have one) or anniversary dance followed by open dancing
9:30- garter and bouquet toss followed by open dancing

me too... my whole party is 6 to 12. I imagine that everyone will leave around 11:00 though. I decided to have it on a Friday night  so things are easier for everyone. (church people dont like to stay out late on Sat night)
