Hello ladies!

I am not new to the site. I got on some time last year just to kind of browse and get familiar, because I was looking forward to the day my Honeybun would propose. I am newly engaged as of 1/26/11. We got engaged in the Bahamas on vacation and I am still very ecstatic and shocked. I am looking forward to getting to know you all and get some insight. Anything I can learn or share here would be great!!

WOW! Thanks so much. I can tell that you ladies are amazing and I am truly excited! I have a billion questions, etc...but I have some time (looking at 4/12) my fiance is returning to Iraq within the next 2 weeks and will be gone for at least 6 more months. We are both wanting small and intimate, more than likely destination. For those who asked about the proposal, I posted originally in the newly engaged board and tried to copy and paste here so I wouldn't have to retype it all, but that didn't work out so well. Although I am ecstatic about the ceremony of course, but full of joy about the marriage and being chosen to spend my life with my "handsome homie!" I will be in touch and will definitely take advantage of the wisdom and information that you all have to offer.
