Let me tell you that I ordered my rings from jvl and I LOST them. I had put them away and then I could not remember where I put them. I called the customer service department and they were able to send the rings again. It was included in the lifetime warranty. Awesome! jvljewelry.com

I really like my wedding bands from jvl. The rings I ordered were titanium both for my and my FH. They are so lightweight and the best part of it all was that I got them with a gift card. I had such a good experience with this company. First, I recieved a gift card from them when I went to a wedding expo. Then when I redeemed my gift card and ordered my ring it covered the price of both. Great job jvl.

I also attended a wedding expo and got a gift card from them. I ordered my ring that was tungsten and my husband ordered his that is titanium. I am happy with my husbands ring, but I feel like my ring is just too heavy for me. Even witht he gift card my ring is covered under their lifetime warranty, so i think i could exchange mine for a different style maybe titanium. Overall, they did a nice job on our rings. I just placed an order with them. As I had mentioned I did research on them before ordering. Still the skeptic that I am needed more assurance. I used the live chat service provided on their website and the customer service rep replied almost immediately. Then I also called and answered my question again. Yes I a little over the top, but finally after feeling good about them I placed my order with my gift card and it covered both mine and my fhubs wedding bands. They really do a great job!

I really like my jvl jewelry rings. They were not very expensive and still feel and look like quality rings. My fiancé and I are very happy with our rings.

Can't say enough great things about Jvl jewelry. I have used them twice now. Once to get our wedding bands and the second time because they sent us an additional gift card and I got wedding bands for my parents as their anniversary present.

Jvl is simply the best. They had the best prices, quality and over all warranty. Seriously, I wanted to exchange my ring after I got it because I didn't want a black wedding band after all. They didnt even make me give my old one back because it was part of my warranty. Instead I just ordered my new ring i wanted.
