DJ Recs

So, I was not planning on a DJ and was going to do the whole iPod thing. But in talking with my Mom, she thinks it's really important and has graciously offered to pay for one.

Now I'm searching. I would love recommendations for your DJ and a link to their website if they have one.

TIA :o)

We're using an associate of DJ Don Tonic, who runs Sonic Entertainment. Don lives in CA and has a booking on our weekend, but he has a Seattle-area associate who can fill in. We're paying $900 for 5 hours of DJing and that's with a surcharge for them having to bring AV equipment upstairs without an elevator.

Bamboo Beats!  Husband-wife team, very hip, into music, not your generic wedding music play list.  And he does turn tables.

we're paying $1350 for 6 hours and no charge for set up. He's very personable and has done a tons of custom song cuts and changes for us as apart of his cost. He responds quickly and has a great variety of music! Highly recommended and even though he is a little more expensive... you definitely get what you pay for

I second Bamboo Beats!  They were so great to work with - and listened to exactly what we wanted!
