I want to sucker punch our officiant, he was being an @$$ about me wanting to include the Marriage License/Certificate signing into the ceremony.

I have 2 MOHs, one will stand next to me, and the other will sign the papers.  I want to have the other guests recognize both girls specialness to me...

I dont see why this is an issue with the officiant.  He thinks it will disrupt the ceremony.  I can see it being a little weird... but guess what Officiant!  Me and FI are a little weird!!!!  Our ceremony should be OUR decision.  And last I checked, you are not a religious clergy member, we aren't getting married in a church, so WE GET TO CHOOSE HOW WE WANT OUR CEREMONY TO GO.

Our officiant actually suggested that we do that. hahaha....but we didn't like the idea, just us. Anyhow....That is super annoying that he is being douchey about it! Sorry!

I totally side-eyed the wedding invite we just received. My FI thinks I'm being ridiculous, but after spending time on here, and trying to atleast follow some etiquette so as not to offend anyone I was a little shocked... They printed, instead of hand addressing the invite, and addressed it only to my FI, even though we've been together longer than they have AND live together. Plus they included a registry card with their info, and when I checked their website, they were requesting giftcards along with their traditional registries... I know these aren't really big deals anymore, but I side-eyed her anyway since I'm in the process currently...

I added a garment bag to our registry and then went to the store and bought it! (The Macy's guy actually suggested I do that, but I still feel a little shady about it). We need it this week - can't wait for the wedding!

Made the decsion to find another job ASAP but am not going to let the bosses know until I've found something.  One of them is aware I might start looking but thinks it will be after the wedding.  Not the best time to do it with a little more than 3 months to the wedding, but have all my big checks done i.e. vendors and FI is 100% supportive.  Wish me luck and sanity!

Was it supposed to be a joke? I noticed about every 10 lines it repeated "Initiate great sex".......If I have recieved that as a part of a gift, I honestly would have been pretty offended....Yikes.
