Mother/Son Dance...

I was lurking the May 2011 Board and came across a post discussing mother/son dance.  They listed two songs I had never considered but one which I think is great.  Shinedown- Simple Man
The other is Rascal Flatts- My Wish.  If you listen to a wide genre of music you may enjoy the first one.

If you dont mind sharing what are you doing for Father/Daughter Dance and Son/Mother Dance?

I have really considered I loved Her First by Heartland.

We are kind of combining the two dances because my MIL won't be coming. My FI will dance with my mom while I dance with  my escort who is my Great-Uncle. We will dance to Stevie Wonder - Isn't she Lovely.

My cousin and aunt danced to "I hope you dance" by Lee Ann Womack.  The song was so beautiful because my cousin has always been the baby of our family and at that moment we realized that he was a man, someone's husband. We cried tears of joy throught the whole song.

We didn't do a mother/son dance--my husband flat out refused.  My father and I danced to To Sir with Love (the Glee version).
