Hey All,

I'm new. Are there any other June 2013 brides? If so, where are you in the planning process? I feel behind. We are just now finalizing our STD. My girls and his sister (a groomsmaid) have ordered their dresses. We have the following vendors secured: venue, caterer, bartender, photographer, and makeup & hair. We are negotiating with the host hotel. We still need to find a baker, DJ and officiant. Argh, it feels like so little time :-/

Welcome! Those are some great checks to have at this point in the game. I know it seems like there is so much to be done, but just breathe...you still have time to get all those other things nailed down. Try to have thos STD's mailed out before the end of February. Are you working with a planner?

Welcome!! I'm June 2nd and feel like im behind as well but not sure what to work on I mean I have pretty much everything secured although I owe a few deposits...or have a balance...but I have my dress with alterations needed, all in clusive venue, photographer, videographer flip a hit, MUA, decor, STDs and invites on order and a lot of DIY. I'm starting DIY this week so I won't be stressed come May, with wed prep and my Masters.....My DIY includes bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, aisle runner design, card box, peacock centerpiece and accents, guesybook, broom, BM gifts, birdcage veil, etc......if you're doing a bunch of this stuff....pleeeeease start now!! Seems like you're on the roll!

Welcome to the board ! It seems like you on track as far as securing vendors. I agree with aquari..if you have any diy projects I would be working on those now. My only suggestion would be to get those STDs asap. As you are supposed to send those out 6 to 9 months ahead. Again welcome and happy planning !

Welcome,welcome,welcome!  Im June 22, 13 and this is a really great board to keep you on track. So far i have all my vendors in place, got a phone call today my BM dresses are in and my dress will be here next week. Im super excited about that. I have a coordinator and she is really keeping me on point. If you have any questions these ladies are so helpful and encouraging. Good luck and happy planning to ya!

I am June 15.. You seem to be on the right track. I say start looking into a cake design, and go to a few cake tastings. and get that DJ together. Bc you don't want your #1 choice to be booked.. you know.. but it seems like you are moving swiftly.. I also suggest start looking at invites and create a wedding site if you are doing one. Hi,
Congratulations on your special day!!! We are June 15, 2013.  Time is moving at record pace, LOL. We have all of our vendors, just waiting for bridesmaid dresses to arrive..  I have my first dress fitting March 2 and scheduled to do our cake tasting March 8.  My invitations are being addressed by my calligrapher, and will be mailed in March.  We are having a destination wedding so we are mailing them at the 12 week mark.
