I have a (frown) and a (smile).

-The bad news first we cannot find a venue for NYE that is open or we are happy with or that we can afford. So our date will be moved up!

-The good, we have decided to make it a destination wedding. Were going to VEGAS BABY!!!! The month is still up in the air but Im hoping for the end of October that is yet to be finalized. Im loving the in suite ceremony and reception idea. It would be a small intimate ceremony then a FAB party afterwards.

-The even better we will be attending 2 other weddings in Vegas as well , in August my sister is getting married and in November one of my bestest girls will be getting married. Love is definitely gonna be in Vegas!!

I cant wait for the end of this yr, I will be all wedding'd out lol

That's great! NYE can be tricky. I used to think folks didn't plan weddings on NYE because people might not attend but I have since found out that it is actually a very popular date for weddings.

Vegas will definitely be fun! I have seen pictures of weddings in Vegas and they all looked great.

What colors are you going with? Have you decided yet?

Well first and foremost congrats to you. I love love love that you are going to Vegas and having an insuite reception. I initially had signed up to do the same. I liked that they can do that and have the flexibility to have it either in a chapel, a suite, or outside.

Fun times girl!!

Please look into the MGM's package. They even have it setup whereby if you have family that cannot make it to Vegas they can watch it online live.

@wheatney - haven't finalized the colors yet we have come down to yellow/blk/white or silver/blk/white. I want hip and fab so I think either combo would go.

@prettymami - thanks for the MGM suggestion I hadn't looked there.
