Weebly Question Wedding Bio

Hey Ladies,

Im setting up my planning Bio on weebly. I can't publish nor share my site. Im wondering what i did wrong. The background is like this pretty cherryblossom setup. Soooo....do you have to pay for the pretty backgrounds??? Should i delete it and start over???

    No, I think I have that on one of my backgrounds ( I have 2 diff bios). What comes up when you click publish? I clicked publish and a lil popup came up that said such and such domain was  available, I thought it didnt publish but it did, it just tells about that domain being available.
