UNLIMITED BUDGET..... what type of desserts would you have at your reception...

I suppose I would have everyone on their RSVP card list their favorite dessert.  Then I would hire the best baker(s) in the world to bake each person's choice.  

For example someone may choose this:

I know I am very late but this is a good one! I would fly in a team of bakers from Cafe DuMonde' in New Orleans so that we the could have hot, fresh, bingnets with hot chocolate or coffee. Then, I would have  Garvin G come in to handle the rest of the desserts: peach cobbler, red velve cake, and pound cake.
