Shoe Repair

Hi gals!

I have a pair of vintage shoes I would love to wear for my wedding, but the soles need to be repaired and they could use a cleaning. Does anyone know of any good shoe repair places, experience with vintage shoes a serious plus. I live in Lynnwood, so Seattle to Bellevue to Everett is doable.

    I go to a shoe store in Broadway Market in Seattle.  I've had really good luck with them (i haven't brought any vintage shoes to them though) - i actually brought my wedding shoes to them before the wedding so they could place some non-slip stuff on them so i didn't fall on the big day!

    There's a shoe repair place in the Fred Meyer's in Lynnwood.  I used them to replace the heel on one of my fancy cowboy boots and they did a good job. I also had them cleaned there as well.  Wish I could remember the name!
