Help with a bridesmaid dilemma

I have four bridesmaids and two junior bridesmaids.. 2 out of the 6 total are pregnant. I had asked them before they found out they were pregnant but one is due in august and the other in september. One is in texas and my MOH asked if she could wait to lose weight before the wedding so i have only 2 out of the 6 that can get their dresses.. I wanted to give them enough time to have the dress and pay for it so its not last minute but i dont know what to do my wedding is November 6 and i want black cocktail dresses.. which we should be able to buy year round... any advice?

My suggestion would be to let them pick their own black cocktail dresses.  I had all of my BM's pick different dresses in the same line/color, but with you doing black, I think that gives you more freedom since you won't really have to worry about color matching--black is black.  This would allow your pregnant BMs to get maternity dresses, and buy some time for everyone, including the MOH who wants to lose weight.  If you are nervous about the girls not getting them in time, I would just ask all the girls to have their dress selected a few weeks before the wedding (or whatever you are comfortable with).
