I will be using our website {and maybe phone} to RSVP. So, I'm wondering, how to word that. How do I let them know how many seats they have? I just need help.
TIA
Edited: Now I know how they will know how many ppl they can bring. How do I put how to RSVP on the card?! lol. What wording do I use?
Oww, Ash, I never heard of that! But now I want it! About the envelopes: What if they have a plus one, but you don't know the dates name to address them?
Posted by tyboyd
Yep! Go to http://www.google.com/voice and you can set up your own number and voicemail for free! And when someone leaves you a voicemail you'll get a notification by text or email...whichever one you select during setup
And with my plus ones...I just put Mr. John Doe and Guest and when they RSVP'd they just included the names of their guest either on the website or on the voicemail. I hope that answered your question lol!

Anytime chick!
Ooohhh me likey, so wait a minute. Did you use the rsvp hotline and websit number in place of having your guests send you back an envelope in the mail??
Posted by prettymami2
Yep. I didn't want to waste stamps on people not sending in RSVPs so I just did the website and the voicemail.

That's what I'm doing. No sense in ME paying postage for them to not even mail it back! No thank you. Oh AND an extra envelope!

Just ask them when you're sure they will get a guest. This is what I did...only because I hate being referred to as "and guest". Some people don't mind though...you know your guests.

Stamps are freaking expensive when you add it all up! When I did my first round of invites and people weren't sending their cards back because they didn't know they had to I was heated! I was harassing people on the daily including my BP
Thanks for the google voice thing cause I will definitely be using it!
Ah, well. With my guests it would have probably been another way for them to NOT r.s.v.p. anyway, ha!
Good idea admallard!
