Invites went out today!

Invitations became a sore subject when  a gf volunteered to make them (she's super awesome at projects like that), but she's been 'drafting them since December! I know she's super super super busy, but I wanted them out months ago because I didn't do STDs.
So instead of being patient, I ordered them on Etsy. Couldn't be happier with the women who did them for me!

And last night the custom postage came in, so they're done and out! Now for the next 103 days I just sit and wait for the big day to come.

Envelopes, pocket cards and labels are from Paper Source.

woooo!  Congrats on the check, the invites look adorable!  Enjoy the fun experience when the RSVPs start to arrive :)  That was one of my favorite parts of wedding planning, seeing the little RSVP envelopes in my mailbox.

  • Congrats.  It definitely starts to make things feel more final when the invites go out.  I was all excited about the first RSVP only to find out that the guest didn't fill in their name so I have no idea who it is.  Found out afterwards that it is recommended to put a number on the back of the RSVP card corresponding to a number for the guest in case this happens.  Hopefully that won't happen to you.

  • Since only 7 invites went out - we're having a tiny wedding with closest friends, I hope I won't get myself confused much. HA!
