Thanks ladies @cherryblossom, I use MyFitnessPal to keep count of my calories I try to stay under 1500 a day. I have EA Active 2 for my Kinect and it is a great workout. The little virtual trainer really keeps me motivated. I do that 3 times a week and on the days I don't use the EA Active I workout with Zumba Fitness.

Great job! Isn't it a good feeling to step on that scale and see the number going down. I'm also trying to slim down to a size 6 and I refuse to try on wedding dresses until I get there. That is the best motivation I can think of. LOL
