Dress vent...

My dress was supposed to be here on June 5! It's now June 8, and it's not here. I called the shop yesterday, and she said that she can see that it's on the way, so we made an appointment for my first fitting tomorrow. Well, she just called and said that it's not in, so we rescheduled for Thursday.  Waaaaa.... ok, that's a mini-vent.

Then... when I went to put the appointment in my calendar, I opened the shop's website to put in the address. Why is there a picture of MY DRESS on the opening of the page saying "La Sposa by Pronovias Available for Quick Purchase Off the Rack." WTH?  Ok, under that, it says, "Alencon and other lace gowns available." And I am not getting the Alencon or a lace gown, but I will be P##SED if I could have gotten my gown off the rack!!!!!!!! Dayumn. I have to just let this go because this is already done.

Awwww. Hopefully it's in by Thursday. Try not to stress and definitely don't think about if you could have gotten your dress off the rack. Like you said, just let it go.

Don't worry your dress will be here soon! At least you'll know that nobody will have tried on your dress by ordering it especially for you.

It will be here don't worry...most likely tomorrow or Monday, if its showing in the system as "shipped". I can't wait to see it, Pronovias gowns are gorgeoussss...I almost bought one myself but was concerned with the timing of having it made and shipped (waited to late and it wouldn't have made it).
On another note...be glad you are having it made. I bought my dress "off the rack" but that's because I HAD to. I would much, much rather have a custom gown for me, made to my specifications that noone else had ever even worn if I had my choice. Especially since the price is the same no matter how it is purchased...
