I have to agree the board has been kinda slow the last week.  I think with school starting back up and planning people are just busy.

Hey yall! I'm good - my body has been under attack lately (went to er yesterday for massive headache) but I'm claiming healing. Car broke down over the weekend, had to go get another one (new bill but I was able to get it so I'm thankful) and planning is moving along. With all of these things going on at once I'm worried we will need to scale back, but I'm trying to not stress about it! FI will absolutely NOT hear of postponing things, so we will make it work. Anyway, I hope all is well with you all! Have a great week ladies

Hey guys, for me I am back at work I was off all summer. It has been wonderful! My class this year seems to move so slow and i am walking them through a lot of assignments they should already know how to do. That worries for the future. Usually I have more time during my day to check email and grade papers but these kids have me up working with them like I teach kindergarten. This is the first full week so I need to whip these kids into shape! ( not literally)

I did find a dress yesterday and I would have to pay half of it to order it. Half is a little more than $500. I figured that but I really want to try to wait until October 1st. I really don't have $500 bucks to give these folks all at once. everyone at the store is like October is too late (for an April wedding) but that would really help if I could wait until October 1st. I know the store is trying to make a sale and want me to commit but I have some other things I need to use the money for right now.

On another note, I am looking for a second job. Fi is looking for a first job. He was doing real estate for this past year and now needs more steady cash flow.  Usually during the school year I tutor at my school but I think I would like to get on with a tutor company until December. Then we will have some extra dough!!!

Hello ladies!  I have been thinking the same thing where is everyone? So let's see, I still have no MOH's well I have two identified but neither have ordered their dresses and I am almost excatly 3 months out. The grooms men haven't rented their tuxes yet either. This is a big stress for me I almost want to tell FI that we won't have any attendants.  I think that is what I am going to do. There will be no color at my wedding but at least the stress will be gone and I can move forward with things. Other than that just trying to start paying everything off and get the little things. This week I will be getting the flower girl dresses and baskets (I have 2), finishing my broom, looking for jewelry and trying to find jewels for my bouquet. I feel like I have a lot left to do but I know I don't (it is kind of a destination wedding in Vegas) just lots of little details I can't do anything about until time gets closer.

We're here. I just got back from my wedding and my first week back to work last week was hectic!!!! I had 187 messages in my blackberry. But the grind continues and I'm glad to be back.

I am good, but been busy the last few days.  I am going for my first fitting today, so I am excited and anxious at the same time.  The RSVP's keep coming in. I think almost everyone we invited is actually going to attend.  Still only have 1 decline.  Gonna be a tighter squeeze than I want, but I will make it work.
