    Trying to start now...
    Zumba for Wii (and yes it is a workout hunny) and then Zumba classes when I can get the steps down. Of course cutting back on sweets and watching my diet

    I have Zumba for my Wii also. I love it. And then I have my Wii fit. I also try to eat healthy. I'm not big but for me to fit my dress in the size that was ordered I can't gain anything so for me it's just trying to maintain my weight.

    I have Zumba on DVD with Beto, the creator.  I also do carsio and strength training about 3 times a week.

    I'm doing TurboFire.  It's fairly new and from the makers of TurboJam, P90x, Insanity and BodyGospel (which I need to try) It's very intense but I love it! Im also a big fan of protien shakes and special K snacks! I just want to lose some thighs, tone my abs and have Angela Bassett arms by May!

    I am running 3 days a week, pilates 1 to 2 days a week and changed breakfast to protein shakes instead of fast food.  Cutting out pasta (My downfall) and replacing with cauliflower, actually not too bad.  Can only eat out for lunch once a week. For lunch when I make it, tuna salad with cottage cheese chick peas and some sort of viniagrette dressing.

    FI doesn't cook so he will be eating the same thing. LOL

    Zumba on dvd (didn't know they had it for the Wii!!!), yoga coupla times a week and evening walk with FI and sons. The doc just put me on the DASH diet and I can see the weight coming off eating that way, plus lots and LOTS of water.

    Watching what I eat, walking and doing my Walk-away-the Pounds DVDs! I also have Zumba on the Wii and every other exercise DVD that you could imagine!

    I go to pilates twice a week for 90 minutes and I try and fit in some  cardio and walking. My mom and I are supposed to start going to a zumba class, but we haven't made it yet.

    these are all great tips!

    I just joined the gym today and I'm starting my first group class tomorrow at 5:45am. Lord help me! lol

    Watching what I eat...exercising here and there although I am in honeymoon mode so more often now than I have been in the past couple of months.

    Love walk away the pounds seems so easy and by the time you are done you ave walked like 4 miles and you feel good and inspired.

    I am doing deep water aerobics and have been doing it on and off for the last few years. I also do spin classes and zumba. Of course jumping in front of the television with my daughters is not a bad deal either. We get our MJ experience on that way.
