I really hate the fact that the company that I am using for my stationery has not contacted me since I've sent my deposit. It just irks me when vendors say they are going to contact me on such and such date and then don't. Perhaps I'm impatient, perhaps I'm just really excited to get started. Who knows? But call me people!

birthday parties (we seemed to know way too many people with birthdays in January)...and I want to work on WR things...FI's culture has this thing called a sofreh aghd so I have to start working on that part of the ceremony.

I hate it when I've told several vendors over & over again that I've selected another vendor, and they STILL call. Ugghh.....then I'm the nasty one.

as usual, i will be on wedding planning patrol...i just got an invitation catalog in the mail, and will be looking through that. i'm debating on whether to do DIY engagement photos, or have a photographer take them, or save the professional photography for the wedding day. my fiance and i are a very casual couple and think taking our own pix for the Save the Dates would be kinda fun..but..i'm still on the fence about it. i feel i'm so far behind on my planning because i slacked off and did NO wedding stuff during the holidays, and i have a lot of catch up to do, since the wedding is in September. i LOVE my wedding date, and would never push it back to give myself more time to plan. not only is 9/11 my parents' wedding anniversary, it is my fiance's birthday. we are doing wedding stuff for the rest of the week and weekend..and a lot of it. i am so excited about getting married..the swiftness of the engagement was so unexpected, but we are SOOOOOOOO happy.

I hate when I have to sit at my in-laws house (like tonight) and they grill me in French....ughhh I always just want to hide. I was so happy when we left.

I hate it when my FI makes everything a bigger deal than it really is.  He has made this big deal about having a "family meeting" with his mother, sister, and sister's fiance to discuss our wedding.  Mind you not a soul has offered to pay for a single thing. So why do they need to know any specific details 4 months out.  Why can't they just show up for the ceremony like everybody else.  I think he wants to be helpful, but really it's just annoying!  Sorry for the vent.
