Welcome bags

Should I do one welcome bag per party or one per person?  What is the proper protocol?  Thanks ladies!

    I never thought about this but now that you brought it up, I think you can do one bag per couple/party but depending on what's in the bag they can get 2 of certain items.  For instance, you can give 2 per bag for things like bottles of water, candy bars, etc., but if you're including a map or a list of things to do to you should only need 1 per bag.  Make sense?

    I did mines just like the pp....if I was giving them to a couple I double all food items, but only included one paper item per bag....i.e welcome letter,map, museum activity, etc.

    I will do one per party; however, I have thought of tailoring mine for guys and girls, but my wedding guests will be about 10.  So, that is much more doable.
