What to do in Orlando?

The Mr booked our honeymoon there. Where staying at the Orange Lake Resort. What's some things we can do that's not really expensive. We're getting free tickets to either Universal Studios or Disney World not sure which one yet. But I secretly hoping for Disney I'm a big kid.

He said something about city walk

Is there a beach not too far away?

Any other ideas? Thanks in advance.

How's the weather in March also?

    Ooooh! I will ask my fiancé today for you when he comes out of class! I am from Boston...but FI lived in Orlando for three years....I am sure he knows....but...yes...CITY WALK is nice...ESP at night. Our first date actually was in this lil club spot on City Walk called Bob Marley's.

    Cocoa Beach is a 30-45 minute ride from Orlando depending on where you are staying. They have casino cruises that leave for a night time event.

    Citywalk is a collection of movies shops and "clubs". The Bob Marley tribute to freedom is always packed. 

    Check the House of Blues performance schedule, they always have someone good in town. If not their Sunday gospel brunch in amazeballs

    Shop- Prime one outlets and the Premium outlets have some great deals.... including a victoria secret outlet. Millenia mall is a dream!

    I think Cirque du Soleil is still in town too. Awesome shows.

    Eat-  there are so many places to try! Tripadvisor has an excellent listing

    Okay...from FI...he says City Walk is always a PLUS...Downtown Disney is Disney's version of City Walk with tons to do. The beach is 45 mins in either direction...Coco Beach is 45 mins East. Daytona Beach is 45 mins North. Tampa is 1.5 hr drive West. There are lots of restaurants on International Drive (I-Drive). He said it really depends on what you like to do...esp for fun. Its hard to pinpoint things without knowing what youre looking for. He said there are outlet malls...The Premiere Outlets by Disney...exit 62 and Premium Outlets near Universal...he thinks exit 75...of I-4. There are clubs and bars in downlown Orlando.
