We have 2 vegetarian options! OMG I love my venue (who does inhouse catering). I have a couple of vegan guests, but for those who aren't I didn't want them to have to have the vegan option.
SOOOOO....
They are going to do a vegetarian lasagna as well as the couscous or orzo and roasted vegetables (for the vegans).
