So we booked our photogorapher back in July. Her pictures were great and she was very responsive. We took our e-pics at the end of September. She told us that she had several weddings that she needed to edit before she could start on ours, but indicated that it would be about 3 weeks which is fine, because our contract says that proofs would be available 10 business days after the session and mailed discs available 15 days after.
Well I sent her a FB message on 10/22 and asked for an update and she said she was working on them and I should have it the following week which was last week. I left her a message yesterday and today but no answer, no return call. So I just sent her an email and waiting for a response.
I really don't want to start this photographer search again, but we may have to. We gave her a 50% deposit, which of course the contract says is non-refundable, but she also violated the terms of the contract since we didn't get the proofs in 10 business days. Do I have any recourse her to ask for our money back if I don't hear back from her soon?
UUGH! Very stressed over this.
