Would You Do Bridezillas?

So we've been looking at ways to cut costs by getting help, so naturally I looked at Four Weddings, radio shows, blah blah blah, then I came across 'Bridezillas' and it seems that I could get on the show, and they say they'll help pay for your wedding. Would you do it?

I would not do it cause I would not want the entire world all in my business. No money is worth someone invading my privacy. This is just my opinion.

I would do it...im crazy and spontaneous like that. They were in my city a while ago doing a casting but I missed it. Lol. I would rather do that than four weddings. You get like almost 5k for being on the show. If you dont mind having your family on tv I say go for it. Just make sure you have enough craziness to give them. They want the drama.

umm i dont know.. if they are going to pay for it... Maybe 5k is super helpful but like Mrs Soon To Be said they are going to be all in you mix and they want the drama...

Funny story. Way back when Fiance and I first got engaged he ran off and started planning the wedding without me. Picked date, time, cake flavor, venue, centerpieces, made me rush out and get a dress so he could finish color coordinating etc.... (which led me here). Everytime I had some input it got immediately shut down which then led me to buy wedding decor and stash it at friends house. I then emailed Bridezillas and tattle tailed. They ended up emailing us maybe a year later, we had to provide pictures of us and a synopsis of whats going on, then they called us a couple months after that and they make you fill out a 3 page survey and if picked will stay with you for 1 week and pay you $5000. We eventually didn't get picked (thank God!). At first I was like dude, this is awesome! But fiance ran with it. Talking about this is the start of his tv debut and next it's going to be fear factor. He also ran several scenarios by me which didn't go over with me very well. He said okay, if i call you a B**** you can't take it personal and get mad okay. NO. I'm gonna get mad. We'll have bigger problems than that $5000 can fix.

So point of the story- bridezillas would be embarrassing- and it would be on REPEAT for the rest of your existance for anybody and everybody to see. Maybe go for 4 weddings - that would be neat!

I wouldn't do it personally. Im tired of all the reality shows that gives women a bad reputation. I would not want the memory of my wedding planning to be bad,embracing or humiliating. That's just my opinion.

Yeah I dont think we have enough drama for that....ANYMORE LOL....My family was all for it.....riiiiiight....

I would not do it. I read that they often want you to up the Crazy to make good tv. This would be a permanent record of you and your family's antics just for $5000. It also would be a permanent record for future employers. What a catch 22 that would be! Either they believe you are that spastic or they believe you are a liar and willing to do anything for a few $$. Not worth the risk and damage to your reputation for such a special day.

I would say no for us.. just because we are at a point of NO DRAMA in your lives...

That's like selling your soul for 5000.... Now it probably would be fun and exciting.. but if I am looking down the road.... not worth it... for us...

But I watch it all the time and I laugh sooo freaking hard at all the drama they have...lol

I would also say no. 1st, FI would never agree to doing it, mainly because what future employers might say. But it does seem very embarrassing for your wedding to be remembered as being high drama and over the top.

Hell no!!!! Seems like alot of those marriages don't last. Those women are rude and mean as hell. I wouldn't invite that negativity into my life. Crazy thing my husband thought I was gonna be a Bridezilla cause alot of those women are named Melissa. Ha I showed him.

I would pass too.  They ask for too much played up drama on that show. I couldn't deal with it.

NO WAY! I watch this show on occassion and I always walk away asking myself the same question "How did these women even get engaged?" Personally, with the career field that I am in, it wouldn't be in my best interest to appear on a show like that acting a fool. OAN: My fiance'wouldn't even be down to play along with me cutting up like that. And don't even get me started on my bridesmaids! lol. I'm with the other ladies on this one, try 4 Weddings.

Oh dont get it twisted.....Im already at a hell NO lol.....but it was funny that out of ALL shows...theyd say yes......its sad what we find entertaing nowadays......my fiance or WP would never go for it
