Feeling like a GTG.......anyone else?

what do you think? ..........it's been a while.....and i have some free time coming up in the near future.

Anyone up for it? Should we create a FB post to discuss times/places etc?

FB page is Seattle Knotties.

In order to join the FB page, you have to have at least 50 posts......but it's really not that hard to do. just comment and post stuff about your wedding.

My understanding is that the rule was created to protect us knotties. I think there is a story from the past, (not sure if its true or just precation) about someone who was on here gathering info about people and had posed as that person and cancelled their venue or something along those lines..........pretty much we just want to know that you aren't a creepo before we invite you to come meet up with us....or know where we are meeting and at what time. lol.

when i first started posting (mid 2008), an OMH at the time said that when SHE first started posting a few years before, an OMH during HER time knew of somebody who had cancelled vendors....i also know that there was a "competition" for a december 2008 wedding and i was around for that one....

the fbook page was mainly created to keep stalkers/lurkers/weirdos out...mainly for GTG's, or if we wanted to vent about somebody/something that could eventually get back to our friends/family.

How can you tell how many posts you have?

If you look at your photo on one of your posts, it tells your user name, when you joined, where your from and then below that it shows your posts.

NOO! I'm only at 29, well after this it will be 30. I'm pretty new, but I would love to meet some fellow Knotties. I can't get my best friend to actually use this site... IDK why, it's pretty awesome

Well the GTG won't be til March, so all of you that are less than 50, should have plenty of time to get there before the GTG.

Start telling us more about your wedding! Ask questions, advice, share what you are doing....oh, and we love pictures!
