Aisle Runner Question

So I almost had a heart attack this morning when I was quoted a price over $520 for a custom aisle runner. So I'm thinking of taking this on as a DIY project. I already have the monogram and a video of how to do it, so not the question is about the runner itself. I don't want paper because it rips. I'm looking for a 'fabric' runner. I looked online, and saw some for about $220.

Are any of you ladies DIY'ing your aisle runner? If you are, are you using a fabric runner and where did you find it?

What about the kind that Michael's sale? Not sure what type of material they are but its just a standard aisle runner. Or just buy fabric in the length you want from JoAnns or somewhere similar

I got my fabric runner at Michaels.  It has a scroll pattern on it.  I think it was about $29.99 or $39.99 and I used a 40% off coupon.

They have vinyl and fabric, so make sure you read the description before buying.  Definitely get the fabric.

Check the site you just saw posted the chair from. The one's on there seemed reasonable. I wanted the 100foot by 40 something inches and it was $275.

I know that Oriental Trading has them in their magazine for $200 and they are somewhat customized. They already have the designs, but you add your personalization.
