Downtown Park (just south across the street from Bellevue Square) is really pretty.   Also, I know it's a little farther than Bellevue, (and am not sure where you're staying/getting ready before) but Carillon Point in Kirkland has some really pretty park-like areas near the Marina.  Or there's Bellevue Botanical Garden.   That's about the extent of my Bellevue park knowledge!  Good luck!  So exciting!

Where are you guys staying in Downtown bellevue? The Downtown park and Botanical Gardens are great places. Tygirl also did her epics in Bellevue, if you look them up you might get some more ideas.

For outside photos, the Bellevue Arts Museum's red exterior makes a great backdrop. The new Hyatt renovation is nice, so look inside there for some photo opps. Echo what others said about the Westin lobby and the downtown park and Botanical Gardens. Across the street from the Westin is a part of Bellevue square called The Lodge (where PF Chang's is), which is an atrium with a big fireplace. If you can get people to stay out of the lobby for a couple of minutes, that would make for a nice backdrop, too. Maybe not for a first look.
