Checks!!

Over the last week, we've been able to check some big things off our list:
1) Flowers
2) Tuxedos - set up a groom's preview to make sure we selected the right one
3) Hotel Shuttle
4) Working on registry
5) Pre-Cana

We still need to finalize rehearsal dinner location and pick invitations.  Does anyone have any GREAT suggestions for places to order invitiations?

What is pre-cana? 

Where have you looked for invitations?  Have you checked out Etsy?  What's your budget?

Where did you do your Pre-Cana??  (I'm assuming in NJ....)

We did ours at St. Josephs in North Plainfield a few months ago.

Ally - Pre-Cana is pre-marriage counseling for Catholic marriages.  It's either a full day or sometimes people do it over a weekend.

i have been talking to a few awesome vendors on etsy who design invitations. some of them do the design and then send you files so you can DIY; others fully assemble everything for you. depending on what you want and your price range is some of them might work for you!

Congrats on the checks! I ordered my invites from david's bridal but you could use VP or etsy too.

We're getting married at The Mill in Spring Lake.  We love it there

Lady 324 and K888, where are your weddings?  We went to pre-cana at St. Matthias in Somerset...but we're getting married in Metuchen.

I've been searching everywhere for invitations - VP, Wedding Paper Divas, Magnet Street, went to the Hallmark store...I'll check out etsy this weekend.  Thanks, ladies!
