Please help me pick my music

Good morning ladies, I have an appt today with my dj and I know he is going to want my final music picks. So since my wedding party is pretty small and I am planning on having them and me walk down to one full song, which one do you think would be perfect?

I have a small party too. I only have 2 songs for the processional:

Song 1 - Ribbon in the Sky
    Seat mom and grandma
Groom, Best Man and Officiant enter
    Maid of Honor Enter

Song 2 - You Bring Me Joy
    Bride Entrance

I have a soloist who is performing the selections, and the walk is sort of long.  I knew I wanted my own song, despite having a small party.

All that said, if you want more than one song it can work.

@mikimoto6----Since you had your own song did u walk down to the whole song and stand there in front of your husband until it finished? Or did they cut the song off in the middle of it?

I am planning to let the solosit sing a good portion of the song before I start walking.  By the time I get there, she should be almost done with her song. She is arranging the songs to be about 3 minutes in length each.

I agree with mikimoto6.  You should have your own song.  You coming down the aisle is your moment you should have your own "theme" music. LOL

I love Golden the words are just so perfect.  I had never heard this song before love it.

I agree to having my own song, but I don't want the song to be cut off in the middle or to just stand there in front of my fiance until it turns off...what to do? what to do?

I agree with DJSCAT.  You need your own theme music. That music change also signals the audience that the bride is preparing to enter.

You don't have to start walking as soon as the song starts.  You can let the song play for a verse and then start walking during the chorus.  That way, you can enjoy most of the song.  Once you get to the altar, have your DJ fade the song out so it doesn't end abruptly.
