Who are you using for your flowers?

I haven't had much luck finding a flower vendor.  I don't know anything about flowers & maybe I want a little more handholding but each one I've spoken with (my count is 5 now) turns off when I say "We don't want centerpieces."  I recognize that not having centerpieces cuts the potential sale into 1/3, but come on!  I want a beautiful bouquet for me & my 2 bridesmaids.  A dashing boutinierre for my groom & the groomsmen and our 6 brothers.  And 2 lovely coursages for my mom & my future sister in law.  I also want 1 arrangement of 14 red roses.

Anyone have a great recommendation for a florist?

Bee's Florist in Covington is pretty awesome.  She was really helpful when we went in for our consultation, and really willing to work with our budget.  She's also just giving us loose flowers for us to do our own centerpieces, so hopefully she wouldn't have a problem with you not doing centerpieces...

Terra Bella Flowers in Greenwood. That's essentially what I am doing--no centerpieces. She's awesome!

I'm using my aunt.  But otherwise, I would've considered (for no centerpieces) Safeway or Metropolitan Market.

By the way, it's not terribly uncommon to not want CP flowers!! I'm not getting any from my florist and she had no problem with that. I'm using A Perfect Petal. However, I also spoke with Loves Me Flowers and she had no problem with it either.

I second Terra Bella flowers, that gal is awesome!  She is so open to any suggestion, but also has great suggestions of her own.  Truly an artist!!
