FI and I are moving into a new place this week and more wedding projects.  Happy Monday!!

This week just work out!  This weekend mail our envelopes to the calligrapher and sunday is my final meeting with the florist.

We are going to finally place the order for our crossword puzzles this week after I see the sample with a lighter color on it. I'm also hoping that some of the 6 dresses I've ordered so far arrive this week!!

Not a whole lot NWR this week except for working out and then hitting the bars early Saturday for St. Patty's Day!

I am meeting with the florist tomorrow to make some final decision on flowers and centerpieces. Also, my friend from childhood ended up stepping in as a BM! YAY! so I have an appointment on Friday so she can get her dress I am glad things worked out....Now I can somewhat breath.

NWR: There is a wrestling show going on this weekend, so we might do that then head to the bars for St. Patty's day with some friends!

WR: some planning on decoration and rental stuff, mailing a very detailed time-line to our caterer and venue, that sort of stuff. Plus, our rings are on their way!

NWR: I should hear the results from my job interview this Wednesday. Super excited!

Nothing wedding-related this week.

This weekend was a WR frenzy! Hair and makeup trial, went to visit my dress while in full hair and makeup, looked at accessories, met with invitation lady to do the final OK on the invitations, bought rehearsal dinner dress, and bought all sorts of decor, spray paint, primer, etc. to start DIYing some additional decor. It was stressful and I'm exhausted (AND we lost an hour of sleep, dammit!).

bridetobe I MUST see your rehearsal dinner dress!!! PIP please Maybe we should start a new thread so I can see everyone's....I am planning to start shopping and trying some on this next weekend so I need inspiration!!

My weekend was really busy - lots of incredible yoga, a wedding, losing an hour of sleep, and not much wedding related!

This week just lots of work at the office, and WR, finalizing our invitations with our designer, finalizing our florist contract, and hopefully picking out the jewelry for my bridesmaids gifts!

Then, shocker, we have another wedding this weekend. It is on St. Patrick's Day which is kind of a bummer, since it is in another town about an hour away, so we can't go out with our friends or anything

ahhhhhhhhhh congrats!! it's the cutest thing I have ever seen!! LOVE LOVE LOVE it.  I hope your mom loves it too - she would be crazy not to!

I am sure nothing wedding related this week.  I am leaving for Barcelona in a few hours for work.  Hopefully I will have some free time while I am there!!

She was actually like, OK that is REALLY cute. She didn't originally like the one shoulder, but that's exactly why I loved it -- I wanted lace, but something different than you see everyday. Plus, the fact that I finally found a dress I don't need to get tailored? It's like it was meant to be :)

I.... am.... DYING!!!! I always feel like the time change messes up my entire life. I am so tired and dragging myself this morning and my face is burnt. It was 50 yesterday and I was outside all day wearing jeans and sweatshirt. I look like a dork today.

WR: Nothing until I hear from the bank, I'm going crazy waiting.

NWR: Hopefully get everything worked out and be able to close sometime this week. I really hope we get the loan

Katie - The time change always messes me up, too... for WEEKS.  I think it's the waking up in the dark again.  Blah.

WR: Tux appointment Friday with FI and his BM.  I took on yet another task for my MOH's wedding and am making her a scrapbook of pictures of her and her bridal party/family/engagement.... because I obviously have lots of free time and extra money (note: sarcasm).... I'm doing it because I know how much she will love it.

NWR: I won't see FI much this week because he's studying for a certification exam for Thursday.    Also, we're waiting for our mortgage pre-approval to see if we can put a bid on a house we absolutely loved from this weekend's house hunting.

Hey everyone!! 

Im in for a crazy week- since its right after spring break (which was amazing btw). 

NWR: i dont have much school stuff, so this week i need to kick the job thing into high gear. Also; its my birthday on thursday, so there shall be lots of celebrating between that and st patricks day!

WR: i got 2 checks done yesterday- bought the bridesmaids gifts (click) and sent out the videographer contract. finally. I went to buy my shower dress this morning from modcloth- but my size sold out between last night and now. i have notify me on restock set up. Also; our guest list is done; i cant let myself edit anymore- we are at 247 people now!!! Ahh! So the only thing left to do really this week is check in with my friend doing the invites and see how far she got last week when she said she'd have them started.

NWR: work, working out, etc. WR: yesterday we picked out our cake! We decided on a combo of vanilla and chocolate cake with cannoli cream and chocolate ganache. The cake will be buttercream with pink ribbon around the tiers and cascading buttercream flowers in pink and white. I love sugar flowers but it would have been an additional charge. Our venue pays for the cake. This week, I need to make sure FIs stepmom gives my mom a list for the bridal shower, and maybe we will set up a tux appointment?

WR:  I got the rest of my envelopes today so I will have to start addressing our invitations this week. I also have to start getting prices on chairs.  This one is going to be a pain in my ace. I can't find any info on the websites I was given from the venue.  They all have nice chairs from the pictures, but there are no prices on the websites and that scares FI. If the weather is good this weekend we will be going out to do some engagement pictures.

NWR:  I don't think we have anything NWR this week.  At least I can't think of anything.

FI always acts like the time change messes him up too. I can't tell a difference. I always thought he was BSing - but I guess not.

WR: Finish our invitations - FI started them yesterday.

NWR: Job interview at the amusement park on Wednesday.

I'm sick. I caught a cold or something. Sore throat and exhausted.

I'm watching the news right now - and some lady wore some boots for 2 hours for four days..and she's trying to return boots and is complaining to the news because the store won't take them back..uhm..?

BrightFirefly...that is crazy!  Sometimes I seriously wonder about people.  Unless they had some kind of satisfaction guarantee why would she think they would take back shoes she wore not once, but 4 times???

I am hoping for a kind of relaxing week...we shall see!

NWR:  We have our baby fair wrap up meeting and then have to get out a vendor survey to eveyone to see how they felt about the event.  We need to meet with the venue to discuss some issues before we pay our final bill (not going to be very fun).  Em (my 8yr old) has a Jump for Heart event Wednesday for school that I am going to and El (my 4yr old) is sick still so I will probably be taking her in this week to the pediatrician. 

WR:  Hoping to find time to meet with our photographer this week to talk about a few things.  I also am still waiting on ceremony stuff from our officiant and if I dont get it this week we are going to find a new one. I actually had a couple other people offer to do it for us but went with the first person I talked with initially!  She has been promising to get it to me for over 2 months and I still have NOTHING!  She keeps saying she will get it to me by tomorrow and then it never happens.  It makes me a bit worried about what will happen the day of!  I also want to go to the venue and figure out some more decorating things and set up stuff. 

Now that I posted all of this it doesnt sound very relaxing to me ;(  Oh well...FI has some vacation time next week and my oldest will be on spring break so we are going to have 3 or 4 days of just family time and not do anything major.

This weekend I got my FG's dress and a rehersal dress for her because she pulled a nutty that she wanted a purple dress in the store!  I also got her jewlery secretly while we were out after we bought her a tiara as well.  

WR - probably nothing.  I am trying to find some shoes online but it's becoming very difficult! I did try on my dress again and it fit wonderfully with 3.5" heels (ugh I'm such a flats girl)

NWR - I sense an 80 hour work week for me with a tax deadline on Thursday.  Thankfully my last class ended yesterday and my next one doesn't start until next Monday.
