Seeking Sari Blouse Tailor in NYC

Hello everyone! I'm new to the board but thought you all would be the best people to ask...
I'm desperately seeking a sari blouse tailor in either New York City or surrounding boroughs.  Would like to avoid the hike into New Jersey, but any recommendations in NY or NJ would be greatly appreciated!!!
