Depending on how intricate the design you are getting is, that could be a good price.  I found that most quotes I was getting were between $150-250, so if $250 was for a more intricate design, then I'd say it's a decent price.  $150/hour for the BP seems expensive to me, but I never received quotes on that so I can't really attest.

I received quotes of $20 per hand or foot. This is in NY though. I know someone who looked at CraigsList for people who did Henna - but I'm not sure if you're willing to gamble on that. HTH!

I paid $285 for intricate full bridal henna (hands and feet), and then paid by hand for everyone else (about $5/hand).  This was in south florida.

I paid $250 in DC for my hand and foot design.  The hands were pretty elaborate.

I paid $300 in Delaware for full bridal... i woudl suggest trying to get a per hand pricing in addtion to the hourly.   see which you think would work out cheaper for you...

thanks ladies! i did get a few quotes for per hand and it's $10 per hand/foot..One artist did assure me she can do 17-18 sets of hands per hour..Or, $150/hour..It works out to be less expensive by the per hour rate..
