What are your plans for the long weekend?

I know I know, its only Thursday, but I am so ready for a Friday.  I need a week worth of sleep, I can barely keep my eyes open.  So any interesting plans for the long weekend......

Sonali - is going ona trip!!!  YAY for shopping!!!  What is everyone else doing?

 I was talking to FI last night altough, both of us were half asleep and cranky because of the lack of sleep to both of us talking about the vacation destination and he ruled out everything, literally everything, nothing in the South American and Carribean.  I think he only gave in that just maybe he would give in to Costa Rica, if he had to!!!  So now I have to start my research process all over again!!  I think he has spent too much time in South America and the carribean that he just does not see them as vacation spots.  FI just got back from DR and that was my suggestion to go as well, but that is a no.  <Sigh />

Nothing new for the weekend, swamped with homework, exams and things I don't even remember I have to do, but nothing exciting.

Got soo much on my plate,my saturday is entirely devoted to going to dirty jersey..lol..am picking up my altered clothes for video shoot and wedding from the tailor in jersey, then off to do my last wedding and reception fitting then picking up the altered groomsmen outfit. Take car to dealership same day for oil change and anything else (cant wait to have FI do this someday).
Dog sitting my sisters dog because its her aniversary, making a trip to CVS for wedding and honeymoon things like crest white strips,sunscreen etc...haha now you know my entire list.

Also, I have heard real good things about Costa Rica if you guys decide on that, but then there are other exotic desitinations if your FI doesnt like the caribbean or SA, you can go to bora bora, maldives..etc or make that London trip for your dream dress!!

Look for a dress to wear for my bachelorette
Finish my bridal shower TY cards
Practice our first dance in my reception shoes
Look for some shagan clothing (FI's parents have told me that I can buy what I want for the shagan that they will give me)
Start cleaning out my bedroom to get ready to pack up my stuff

I think thats it for now....

Nicky - OMG!!  That is a lot of thing to accompolish, it seems like a marathon and all I want to say is stay hydrated!! LOL.  Oh, I can't wait to see your dresses again, I don't think I saw your ceremony dress yet.  Are you wearing the outfit for the reception in the video shoot or a new dress?  HAHA, now I do know your entire list, I might just randomly call you to see you didn't forget anything.  LOL. 

Bhanu, You too have a lot to do as well.. Good luck to both of you ladies!!

Happy Anniversary Bells!!!  I can't believe its a month already.  Enjoy your time, sounds like fun!!!

Hina - I've heard great things about Costa Rica. We are thinking about going there for our HM. Or I've also heard great things about Portugal...

This weekend is the weekend of "To Do" starting with cleaning the disaster area that my house has become. Then try to get organized to see what to tackle next on the wedding planning. Oh and I need to fix the bathroom ceiling/wall...sigh...

Maybe I will just sleep the weekened away instead

We've got guests this weekend, hoping to go up into higher country, they haven't seen the Grand Canyon, so that's probably where we'll go, and away from this blistering heat! It's supposed to be 115°F today!!!

Making lists and organizing stuff. I'm supposed to move in with FI and family on August 1, so I have a month to go through my things and Kidlet's things and determine what to keep, sell, toss, and store.

We may be heading to Portugal ourselves this fall! It'd be funny if both of us were there at the same time!

I am not sure if much shopping will get done. It's mostly a family trip and because my grandmother isn't exactly clued in on my dating life, shopping in clothes with bridal outfits I'll want to look at won't be easy. Last time we went, my  Mom, Dad, and I went for a few hours and came back with some cute Punjabi suits. One mehndi green, one orange, and one blue and yellow. I like bright colors and they were a steal. Hopefully we can go again if we have time (inbetween whatever family stuff we have on the agenda) and no one will wonder why we're looking around. I can always give the excuse that they're right there, I need a few things, and we have nothing like this at home.
