about these invites. I am in love with both of their invitations! uugghhh! i checked out the website of the person who did it and they do such a good job!

    Very pretty true!!!.  I have a thing for pink, so of course, I like the second invitation more, but I love both of them.  What are your wedding colors?  Are you planning on using her?

    Nicky and I were talking about it last night.. She showed me a yellow themed wedding and it was soo nice! FMIL suggested gold and red... but i wanted shades of purple... not sure.. =( so indecisive!  I dont mind going with gold and red.. but its jst so typical for an S.E. Asian wedding... right? And yes, I plan on using her. =)

    LOL!  It looks like the card is on gold paper with pink writing.  Maybe I'm blind lol

    I'm doing red and gold for my wedding too and I know what you mean about it being so typical for Asian and South Asian weddings.  We're throwing in some pink and orange to mix it up though.  I think red, purple and gold would look great together!

    I think the paper that was used was gold in the pink invitations.  This board is certainly giving me many ideas and vendors.  LOL.  I can't wait to see your invitations!!!  I like her work, but I didn't like anything on her website nearly as much as the two you posted.  But it said that she can custom make it.  Are you choosing one of her designs or having her customize on for you? 

    What colors are in your wedding true?  IF there is purple, then you should utilize it.  You are checking many things off your list lately.  I am jealous!!!

    Love the second one Trueleo, am all for pink invitations, the ones that I got made are pink with brown writing on them! My wedding colors are pink and green, and yes that yellow wedding was too pretty..:)

    I;m actually going to have it customized because I didn't really like the stuff that was on the site either. I've been thinking... maybe I'll do red and yellow for my ceremony then for my reception- shades of purple and gold. What do you ladies think? Honestly, I don't wanna be the bride who rushes things a few months before the actual wedding.. FMIL said to start NOW so I did. hahah

    </em></strong>Meela, I was blind. hahah i didnt even read the description. And yes, the red and gold is soo common. I think Pink and Orange would look good because they're all in the same color scheme. Red, Purple, &Gold - I havent seen. I want to incorporate some yellow in there too somehow.

    True, that yellow wedding is beautiful!!  I love Maharani weddings and Marigolds and Mithai.  There's so much great inspiration on those blogs!
