I ate 2/3 of a 12-ounce bag of Craisins last night.

This morning Kidlet and I drove 45 minutes to his orthitics fitting - to be told that I had the date wrong and his appointment is tomorrow.

Sarah - That sucks! I hate to tell patient's they have the wrong day. Hoep your day is better.

I confess I'm actually glad I'm at work today. It was tough getting here with all the ice on the roads but I made it. Suppose to snow tonight hopefully I can make it tomorrow too.

It was nice getting yesterday off, but today as we had to dig into our office because the front door has a snow to my hips and the garage was stacked with snow because someone decided it was a good place to dump all the snow, I was reconsidering the benefits of the blizzard.

I ate half a box of Samoas! (Girl Scout Cookies) THEY'RE SOOO ADDICTING! OOOHHH MYYY GOOODDNESSS!

Enough w/ that. I have a Valentine even after I told him that I'm Anti. 

I'm so happy to be going to Baltimore this weekend. Hopefully it snows so that I can stop my nagging. Oh, another thing... I have a new neighbor and I confess...he's amazing. BUT... he's not interested in girls... even better! Ok, thats all. Happy Thursday!

I'm in Dallas/Fort Worth area! DFW has snow and ice since Tuesday morning. Most things have been shut down. Since we are a hospital/clinics we are always open no matter the weather. It's suppose to snow again tonight and we have the superbowl here this weekend!

I didn't think this blizzard caused snow that far south.  We have been under a blizzard for the last two days.  I will post some pictures up later for you.  LOL.

Hina, I'm told the blizzard got to something like 30 states as far west as New Mexico and as far south as Texas. Here's a NOAA map of it from Feb 1:

I also hate telling patients they have the wrong day, especially if it was the day before. If they have arrived on a day that their MD or a PA can see them, I try to work them in (our office in a PITA to get to).  I also hate when they arrive really late and want to be seen.... that's generally hard to make happen because we're a surgical practice and our PA's and MD's spend most of their days at the hospitals. Patient's don't really understand that.
