Bouquet

Hi Ladies,

I am not having a christian wedding, but planning on carrying a bouquet. My decorator is from Long island, NYC and he is traveling to my reception site but not to my ceremony site (1.5 hrs away from reception site), my ceremony site (gurdawara) is usually not decorated much and is required to have it low key so couple of friends and helpers will do that. This brings the question about the bouquet, should I get it made or should I have friends make it, because my reception flowers are orchids..and I dont know if orchids are easy to find in flower shop in July and if so do you think its realistic to make your own bouquet, since I wont be holding on to it during our entire ceremony. Or should I purchase a real touch silkflower bouquet from online. I was in a friend's wedding a few years ago and she got the real touch flowers for the bridesmaid bouquets as well as for herself. They were beautiful and it was hard to tell the difference. The best part was that she was able to keep her bouquet and the other BM and I were able to as well (they decorate my living room to this day!)

I think from what you've described, it would be nice against your emerald green with the pearls and stones.

Thank you Rangooli, its good to know you recommend the real touch flowers.I think  it will save a lot of time and energy if I get the real touch flowers. I like the colors of the flowers you linked me to, one thing though these are more close to roses and my reception flowers are orchids..so I was leaning more towards the orchids bouquets they have.
