Did you ladies have a good weekend? Get lots of stuff accomplished wedding or even non wedding related?

Any fun stories to share?

MH and I didn't do much, but it was nice. We finally got to go swimming for the first time this year, we ran a road race together (I ran a personal best, yay!) and then just had a nice time overall.

    i am still working on invites!  i swear, it's been a month of looking at the same thing.  But I do see the light at the end of the tunnel! This weekend was good though.  I hung out with almost all of my bridesmaids, worked on invites, and edited our wedding website.  96 days to go!

    Kidlet saw his first movie in a real theater yesterday:) My mom took him to see Cars 2. I stayed home, because I didn't figure the baby would sit through it and I had a ton of work to catch up on. It's amazing what you don't get done when the kid is out of school for the summer!

    R is sick. Came home from work with a cough on Sunday afternoon and by 11 pm was home early from DnD night with a worse cough, a sore throat, head and body aches, and hot skin (but no fever, according to the thermometer). His cough is productive now, but the rest of the symptoms are a little better. He was off work yesterday and called off today to rest.

    @Priya - The invites seem to take forever, but once they're out it makes everything all the more real! good luck with finishing them up! Congrats on being under 100 days, they will fly by quickly!

    @Beloved - Sorry to hear that R is sick! hope he feels better, soon! How did kidlet like the movies? I bet he was super excited to go! How was the reunion?

    Congrats to everyone on the invitations!  That is one of the biggest wedding hurdles to cross!

    Beloved -- Chandra is soooo cute!  It's hard to believe how big she is already!

    We had a very full weekend.  I woke up with a cold on Friday, we had two parties on Saturday, one on Sunday, and a really awesome barbecue on the 4th.  Our friend is a great cook and he made tons of food including lobster quesadillas, portobello and steak tacos, and cauliflower cooked with capers.  I just made myself hungry again lol!  We also did a ton of packing since our move is coming up.  I'm trying to keep the cost down by doing as much as possible myself.

    @Beloved - It looks like you guys had a great time and that Kidlet loved Disney, too! Was this is first time, too? I agree with Tem that Chandra is the cutest! I loved her first bathing suit :)

    @Tem - That sounds really yummy! I think I ate way too much this weekend (and really so far this summer) but I'm hungry now, too! Hope all goes well with the move!

    No, he's been to Disney a few times. We only live two hours away, so when we can afford it, we go.
