    Rant:  I have been so stressed this last week.  FMIL was in town and staying with us, and it seems that almost every employee in my office has been especially whiny to me this week.

    Rave:  FMIL is back on the East Coast.

    Rave:  We have our finances in line, and can now book our caterer!  Now, we just have to find one....  I have a "short list" of 9 potentials.  FI and I need to finalize our guest list, and go over entrees/sides/etc before we ask for quotes.  Hopefully that will be a check I get done this weekend.

    Rant: I am super sick with a nasty cold. I actually missed work on Wednesday to rest my voice because by the end of Tuesday I couldn't talk. Go away cold!

    Rave: I should probably be at some kind of workshop today because it's state teacher's inservice day, but I'm home hanging out with my dogs on the couch :o)

    Rant: Speaking of caterers, mine didn't show for a meeting I had setup on Wednesday at the venue.  I'm so annoyed because I took time away from work and he is the one who wanted to meet anyway.  I had confirmed with him just two days before.  I called and he said he simply wrote it down on the wrong day.  Wonderful.

    Rant: FI is working all weekend :-(   

    Rave: My FSIL sent me shoes for my birthday that she got at a sample sale in NY and they are totally cute!  Headed to 21 and over movie theater tonight with gal pal and totally stoked.  Booked rehearsal dinner spot and picked out tuxes - check and check!

    rant! gah! I have like 700 hundred things to do and no time to do it, my job is way late paying me which means I can't buy last minute wedding stuff

    Rant:  I *loathe* the company FI works for.  He has more bad days than good, and I'm just so frustrated that I can't fix it!

    Rave:  FI is taking my advice and will start studying for the LSAT so he can go to law school.

    Rave: We are on vacation next week and are going to go register and meet with the folks at Mikes Amazing Cakes.  Yummmm!
