Greetings! I'm a longtime lurker and finally decided to create an account. I'm getting married next year and need help finding a venue. Because I'm Muslim, and Pakistani, I'm going to be serving traditional Pakistani cuisine, but, it has to be halaal. The problem is, I'm having a hard time finding a venue that either doesn't have its own chef or a contract with an exclusive caterer. Can anyone give me some advice? Ideally, I'd like to have my wedding in the Philly area, but I'm willing to venture into NJ and DE as long as the drive isn't too long (1 hour max.). Any venue recommendations? Any help/advice is much appreciated.
