What was your RSVP process like?

Is it me, or are South Asians particularly bad at RSVPing???  Going crazy with my RSVPs.  My deadlines in 2 days... I'm still missing about 150 people right now!!

    This is normal... believe it or not, and it's frustrating on those waiting on the RSVPs... all you can do is start calling and get your accurate headcount, do not wait for the RSVP date to come and go...

    my wedding is this weekend and peopel are still thinking about coming or not.

    Oh no...this is making me dread sending out invitations!! I am canadian and my FI is as well but his family is originally from Bangladesh. Whenever we go to events, if you say 1pm, everyone arrives at 2pm at the earliest!!!

    You tell people to RSVP and they don't? It sounds like I will have to be prepared to make phone calls...
