Hey Ladies...

Thanks to DFWIndian for the daily posting idea:

For Today: Say a confession no matter how crazy and for anyone who is lurking and hasn't introduced themselves.. this is their day.

I have to call my mother back (she left me a voicemail) but I'm avoiding it LOL

    I feel you on this one! my moms been calling me for 3 days but I'm avoiding it cause what she wants to talk about...is NOT what I'm trying to deal with. But on another note..... my voice is gone and school is a drag. :(

    I haven't talked to my parents since Sunday. I should probably call them...oops.

    My confession:
    I am deathly afraid of my family starting drama at my wedding. Over stupid nonsense.

    Hi Bhanu!!
    I think I was enjoying Miami way too much this past weekend. I woke up trying to talk and felt like a mime. lol
    I'm actually doing Med School next fall. its not my time right now. but im taking classes at the regular campus. thought i'd take a few business classes since i wanna start my own cupcake biz.

    Aww Raangoli.... :(  I think drama will occur...best bet is to anticipate what could happen so you can prepare yourself and rise above it!! :)  (That's what I tried to do)

    Do you think they'll start drama on your ACTUAL wedding day?  What kind of drama?

    I confess I am more excited about my family coming into town then I am about the actual engagement.

    I confess I wish I didn't have to deal with my parents anymore. They never remember anything, they stress out easier then I do, and honestly they can't seem to do anything alone.

    @MrsBM: My dad threw a fit (yes, my DAD) at my brother's wedding over having pictures with his side of the family. I have told him time and time again that we have set aside X hours for pictures with family. If they are not there, too bad, no picture for them. We will see how this goes.

    @DFW: I have the same issue with my parents. I have decided to move forward without them on a lot of things. For the things that matter, I find that (excessive) repetition helps.

    @Bells: How exciting to start your new venture! Good luck!

    Wow cupcake business! I just ordered from amazon - the bakerella's cake pop books :) I'm super stoked to make this, and expand on my creativity!!

    My confession for today is: I really pushed myself to work out more with my personal trainer today.  Even if I couldn't handle the burning muscles, I kept going (safely)!  I'm super sore, and I know I'll start feeling the shakes tomorrow... We did drop sets so upped the weight on all the machines, and tried to do the most that I could do in 4 sets...  The overhead press is my hardest machine,  I have mostly fat in those arms!

    Why did I push myself so hard?  I am really having a hard time accepting that DH said he had to take a permanent job with his old company in a different state. He just upped and left, after everyone, even his side of the family was against his decision. 

    On a lighter note though, after cleaning our the house, I feel rather free that it's clean and I can do whatever I want to...I am looking for new ways to occupy my time, and have a lot of fun doing that - so I guess once I get better at it, I'm going to donate my vegetarian creations and see how they go down :)  There's a PTA night coming up at the elementary school, and even though we don't have kids yet, I love making other's happy :)

    Yay...cupcakes!!!  I lost my voice last week too.  Its a drag!!!

    My confession: I haven't talked to my FMIL for over a week now and I am using school and being sick as an excuse to avoid it. :(

    kpwedkk - Cake pops are amazing!  I made some last weekend and brought them into work, and I was the most popular girl there for a day.  *preens*

    My confession: I'm so excited to go to my parents' house for Thanksgiving that I can hardly wait, even though it means that FI and I will be spending the holiday apart.  :(
